TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR SPECIAL PACKAGES

PAYMENT
A deposit of USD 250 per person is required upon confirmation of our services. 
Balance due to be paid up to 30 days prior to arrival.
Kenes Tours reserves the right to request different payment procedures if required so by the suppliers.

 

CANCELLATION

Up to 30 days prior to arrival date (to be sent via email or fax to our office) – Full free cancellation.  

Up to 15 days prior to arrival - USD 350 per person cancellation fees.

Less than 15 days - Full cancelation fee.

 

INSURANCE

Personal items, health coverage and trip cancelation is not included.
We recommend travel and medical insurance be bought by your local provider prior to your forthcoming trip. 

TIPPING

Tipping is not included in the services costs and it’s very common in Israel.

We recommend the following guidelines for tips:

Guide approx.                                   USD 3-5 per day per person

Bus driver                                          USD 2-4 per day per person

Hotel and restaurants staff   USD 1-2 per day, per person
